3:25 PM - Man plans and god laughs. We've shot about 40 days total... but it's taken us nearly nine months to shoot. All I want to be doing now is editing and working with the music people... I'm still having fun shooting the film... but I'm dying to move one and get a rough edit done. Oh well, patience. I recently read in a book on film festivals that one shouldn't rush the film....they say to mak,e it look as good as possible. Well, I'm trying. Thanks agan to everyone.

Today's recommended film "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" I liked Jim Carrey on "In Living Color" but when I saw him in "Doing Time on Maple Drive" I realized what a good dramatic actor he was. This is my favorite film of his since that movie. He was great in "Man On The Moon" but I like this film the best. Michel Gondry directing completely helps. I've always loved his imaginative music videos, but this movie is mind boggling. All of the other actors were incredible also... El.ijah Wood, Mark Fuffalo, David Cross and a big crush of mine -Kirsten Dunst-.wink wink... anyways... this is not necessarily a happy movie. I came out of it with an optimistic mood.. but I'm sure you could come out of this with a very pessimistic view. See it and decicd for yourself.

7:50 PM - I'm not updating the site nearly enough. I have a comic I'm trying to finish and taxes are coming up.. yeesh... needless to say, we should wrap shooting in April... only six months off schedule.. yeesh... Oh well, at least I'm happy with the footage. I'm going to be updating a lot more as we move closer to the end of March and the end of production.... so keep checking back.

Today's recommended film "Spider" Strange quirkly little film by David Cronenberg. Ralph Finnes stars as a schizophrenic reliving his childhood and his mothers mysterious death. Great actors and the cinematography is, well.. Cronenberg creepy. I don't recommend this film if you're depressed or feeling slightly crazy... I'm not sure why I liked this film... but I did.
